摘要:Employee’s wellbeing is the key issue in the health care sector. Especially, the health care staff of public hospitals suffer a lot due to lack of focus and facilities for staff in the public sector. The aim of the current study was to analyze the effect of capacity management strategies on the employees’ wellbeing among the staff of public hospitals of Lahore, Pakistan. The self-administered quantitative questionnaire was distributed to 110 nurses of Services hospital Lahore through convenient sampling technique. The results show that capacity management strategies have significant positive association with employee’s well-being.
