摘要：People may search for information for various purposes such as interview, research or travel. However, in the digital era, people will easily find information via the internet, but it is hard to find scholarly information that suits their needs. The number of information retrieval tools had increase and people can use either one which relevant to their needs. The examples of information tools are OPAC, Internet search engine; subject directory, online database and digital library. By using social media, the hashtag is used in retrieval information and dissemination and mostly used in social media such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
