摘要:The purpose of this study is to determine determine the the influence of human resource development towards the Lecturers performance at the Faculty of Letters, University of Padjadjaran. The basic theory used as guidelines in this study, is the concept of human resource development. Human resource development referred in this research includes continuous professional development and maintenance of human resources. The method used in this research is quantitative approach. Meanwhile, primary data is obtained through a questionnaire, and there were 141 respondents who participated in the study. With an R square value of 0.840, it means that continuous professional development and maintenance of human resources can affect lecturer performance by 84%, together. The result of t-test showed that t-value is 5.753 with the sign p-value of 0.000. Since the sign value p-value (0.000) < 0.05 then the Ho is rejected. This means that human development variables significantly influence the performance of a lecturer at the Faculty of Letters, University of Padjadjaran.
