摘要：Technological developments in recent years have led to the rapid and continuous production of information, the management of which has become increasingly difficult even for companies. To carry out their daily activities, organisations began to need a large amount of data, which automatically led to the need to increase storage space. Cloud solutions have emerged as a solution to this problem, offering the possibility of storing a large amount of data. In this paper, we conducted a quantitative study through which we wanted to identify the perception of employees in Romania on the quality of cloud services that they use in the companies in which they work. The research was conducted on a sample of 315 respondents. Data were analysed using IBM SPSS Statistics 20.
