摘要:This study aims to: 1) analyze the influence of organizational culture and emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, 2) analyze the influence of organizational culture and emotional intelligence on employee performance, 3) analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 4) analyze the influence of organizational culture and emotional intelligence on employee performance through job satisfaction. The study was conducted at BRI KC Kalimalang with a sample of 75 employees. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was an influence of organizational culture and emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, 2) there was an influence of organizational culture and emotional intelligence on employee performance, 3) there was an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, 4) there was an influence of organizational culture and emotional intelligenceon employee performance through job satisfaction.
