摘要：The aim of this study is to make a production plan by using artificial neural networks (ANN) and time series analysis for establishing appropriate models and forecasting the mule population in Turkey over the years. The years parameter was used as an input parameter in the development of time series analysis and artificial neural network, and the number of horses was used as an output parameter. Mean square error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Error (MAE) statistics were used to calculate the efficiency of the developed model. According to the results obtained, there will be a slow increase in the number of horses from 2021 to 2025. It has been observed that ANN models outperform time series analysis in predicting horses population.
