Arifudding Mane, SE., M.Si.,SH.,MH dan Indrayani Nur, SE.,M.Si.The purpose this study was to determine and analyze the effect pf organizational culture and work environment on employee performance rusulting from employees of PT BPR Hasamitra Makassar city.The object of this research are employees who work in PT BPR Hasamitra Makassar. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study show that organizational culture and work environment partially have a negative and insignificant effect on the work performance at PT BPR Hasamitra Makassar City.
