Muhammad Yusuf Saleh and Indrayani Nur.The aims of this study were: 1) To determine the effect of service management on employee performance at the Enrekang Regency DPRD Secretariat Office, 2) To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Enrekang Regency DPRD Secretariat Office and 3) To determine the effect of work discipline service management on employee performance. employee performance at the Enrekang Regency DPRD Secretariat Office.The results showed that: 1) Service management partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Enrekang Regency DPRD Secretariat Office, 2) Work discipline partially positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Enrekang Regency DPRD Secretariat Office and 3) Service management and work discipline simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Enrekang Regency DPRD Secretariat Office.
