摘要：This management system would provide the necessary tools to both the administrative authorities and the administrators of justice at the time of resolving processes, where they should consider whether the natural or legal person is a repeat offender and as to that address their resolution or sentence. To avoid double sanctions for the same action, to provide speed in administrative-judicial processes, and to control the responsibility of natural or legal persons with the environment. It is proposed to design a model of integral management of administrative and judicial processes in environmental matters.
