摘要:This study is purposed to identify the impact of creativity, emotional intelligence, transformational leadership, organizational commitment on government employees’ performance in Central Java, Indonesia. Two-step approach of structural equation modeling was used to test the proposed model. The sample used in this study is 400 respondents. It was conducted by applying proportional random sampling. The results show that there is a significant and positive influence between creativity on organizational commitment, a significant and positive influence between emotional intelligence towards organizational commitment, a significant and positive influence between transformational leadership on organizational commitment. Moreover, there is a significant and positive influence between creativity on performance, a significant and positive influence between transformational leadership on performance and a significant and positive influence between organizational commitment on performance. The results highlight some important considerations for the improvement of public sector performance.
