摘要：The importance of entrepreneurship as catalyst for economic growth cannot be over-emphasized. The role it plays in poverty alleviation, wealth distribution and self-sustenance is crucial to attaining community peace and prosperity. High level entrepreneurial activity can cushion the effects of poverty in a community with diverse race where there is a perceived gap between the rich whites and poor blacks (Naudé Naudé Dockel & Ligthelm, 2005).
