摘要：The economic performance of any country is influenced by different factors such as price levels, inflation rates, the level of national income, and GDP, and many other factors. This is in addition to other factors such as changes in foreign exchange rates, global economic crises that lead to a recession in the global economy. This article aims to highlight the impact of such factors on the performance of the Amman Stock Exchange, and the real estate market in Jordan. And by calculated the Pearson correlation coefficient, showing that the relationship between the two market in Jordan, almost non-existence..
