摘要：Perhaps some readers might categorize How Effective Is Strategic Bombing? as a book written by an Armv author promoting a conspiracy theory against the Air Force by hunting for airpower Rasputins who manipulated the historical picture of strategic bombing in order to promote Air Force independence. But there is certainly something to be said for a book that makes an argument—and this is a good one.
