摘要：This study analyzed the crisis of the current Brazilian state regarding the social policies of health and social assistance that serve the homeless population in the current situation in Brazil. Through the descriptive methodological approach, the main concepts of the theme were investigated through bibliographic review to undertand that the covid-pandemic19 in Brazil exposed a rather complex and inefficient situation of social care and protection policies to this social segment.
