摘要:In the process of oil well flushing, formation micro-fracture will lead to the loss of flushing fluid and damage the reservoir. In this study,a new water-soluble temporary plugging fluid system was devel-oped, and which was obtained by mixing water-sol-uble particle temporary plugging agent (ZD-1)with guar gum. The temporary plugging fluid is water +1.0 wt.% temporary plugging agent particles(ZD-1)+1.0 wt.% guar gum+0.5 wt.% ammonium persul-fate. Through the viscosity of the temporary plug-ging fluid system, the pumping ability, temporary plugging time and gel breaking time of the system were obtained. The temporary plugging rate and per-meability recovery rate of the core under different permeability were analyzed through the core simula-tion experiment. The experimental results show that the initial viscosity of temporary plugging fluid sys-tem is 375 mPa·s at 50 ℃℃, which meets the needs of site construction. When the viscosity of temporary plugging fluid system rises to 4750 mPa·s, the vis-cosity of temporary plugging fluid decreases after 6 hours,and the gel breaking begins. After 12 hours, the viscosity of gel breaking fluid is 12 mPa·s, and the gel breaking rate is 92.3%. The temporary plug-ging rate and permeability recovery rate of the sys-tem in high, medium and low permeability rock sam-ples are more than 85%.
