摘要：Prefabricated buildings have become a development trend in the current construction industry due totheir high quality, energy conservation, environmental protection, labor saving, time saving and other characteristics. This paper analyzes and studies the characteristics and economic benefits of prefabricated buildings under the background of rural revitalization, green eco-nomic model(GEM) is proposed. The research results show that the development of prefabricated building system should follow the principles of energy saving, environmental protection and economy. It will provide some experience for the promotion of prefabricated buildings in China.
