摘要:2 kinds ofbacteria, named XLL-M04 and XLL-M12, were isolated from the soil, which could de-grade phoxim effectively. XLL-M04 and XLL-M12 were identified as Bacillus cohnii and Bacillus fir-mus. The degradation efficiency of 1Omg/L of phoxim by XLL-M04 could reach about 99.0% in 7d, and the strain XLL-M12 could reach 98.0% under the same conditions. Both strain XLL-M04 and strain XLL-M12 could also effectively degrade chlorpyrifos, malathion, parathion and fenitrothion. In addition, strain XLL-M04 and strain XLL-M12 had been successfully developed into a live micro-bial agent that could be used to degrade phoxim res-idue. These results suggest that strain XLL-M04 and strain XLL-M12 can be used for the bioremediation of phoxim or other organophosphorus pesticides contamination.
