  • 摘要:Among the countries that lie in the temperate zone in terms of plant vegetation, Turkey is one of the richest countries in the world. In Turkey, on the other hand, the Mediterranean region ranks first in terms of the number of species grown in a region.
This study, which was carried out in the Ki-zilova forest gap rangeland in the Mediterranean re-gion in three consecutive years, aimed to reveal the plant species diversity of the region. A total of 106 plant taxa, including 68 genera from 23 families, were identified in the area. Of these, 11,10 and 85 species were in Poaceae, Fabaceae and from other families, respectively. The most common family in the area was Asteraceae(24.53%o)with 16 genera and 26 taxa.It was followed by Lamiaceae(12.26%)and Poaceae(10.38%)families.Ofthe plant taxa,31 were annual, 4 were biannual, and 71 were perennial plants. 8 of 106 plant taxa were decreaser species, while 17 ones were increaser species, and 81 ones were invader species. The distribution of phytogeo-graphic elements of these plant taxa was belong to Mediterranean 18,Irano-Turanian 12,Euro-Siberian 9, multiregional or unknown phytogeographic ele-ments 67. Besides, 14 of the plant taxa were deter-mined as endemic(endemism rate:13.21%).IUCN threat categories of 106 endemic taxa in the study area are as follows: 16 LC (Least Concern),1 NT (Near Threatened), and 3 VU(Vulnerable).
