摘要:To improve drying efficiency and maintain rice quality, a control strategy is proposed for the negative pressure circulation dryer based on the variable temperature drying process of rice. A deep bed drying experiment was conducted to investigate the effect on the taste value, the cracking rate, and the comprehensive quality of rice. The uniformity of different thicknesses of rice was analyzed based on thermal infrared imaging processing. Combined with the negative pressure circulation dryer, the control model based on preheating change point was established to control preheating time and drying time. The control strategy with a 19% mois-ture content as the cut-off was proposed, using the air temperature of 35°C and the air velocity of 0.64m/s for high moisture content. For low mois-ture content, the air temperature of 45℃C and the air velocity of 0.16m/s was used. The results of the study provide a reference for determining the con-version point for variable temperature drying.
