摘要:To study the water quality status in Burqin River, water samples were collected from four sam- pling sections in spring, summer and autumn in 2019. Some water quality indexes, including pH value, per- manganate index, total phosphorus, petroleum, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and heavy metal, were tested. Combining with the factors that affected Bur-qin River such as population density, river dischargeand project construction, the correlation between hu- man activity and runoff volume & water quality was analyzed. The result showed that the Burqin River water was alkaline, with the determined content of dissolved oxygen ranging from 4.61mg/L to 7.85mg/L. The content of dissolved oxygen de- creased as seasons progressed, meaning that it reached the maximum in spring, the medium in sum- mer and the minimum in autumn. The hardness of Burgin River water ranged from 44.1mg/L to 240.5mg/L, and the alkalinity from 30.0mg/L to 150.6mg/L. The hardness and alkalinity varied sig- nificantly with the seasons and the sampling sites, and changed in the similar tendency in each season. The content of suspended solids ranged from 0.1mg/L to 37.0mg/L, the content of total phospho- rus from 0.001mg/L to 0.072mg/L, the content of to- tal nitrogen from 0.40mg/L to 1.33mg/L, and the content of CODMn from 0.010mg/L to 0.016mg/L. Neither petroleum nor volatile phenol was found in spring and summer. The result suggested that some water quality indexes such as water temperature. transparency and suspended solids were greatly af-fected by the change of natural environment, whilesome other indexes such as total phosphorus, total nitrogen, CODMn, petroleum, volatile phenol and metallic elements were related to the human activity.
