摘要:In soil-plant system, uptake and translocation of heayy metals has become one of the focus prob-lems of forest ecology, plant growth and environ-mental research. The differences in light environ-ment and soil type may affect the growth and devel-opment of seedlings, and whether they affect uptake and translocation of heavy metals that is not still studied. In the present study, the interaction effects of shading treatments and soil types on growth char-acters, lead uptake and tolerance mechanism of Toona ciliate Roem seedlings were reported. Results suggested that seedlings appeared to grow faster with the increase of shading intensity cultured on three types under lead contaminated condition, espe-cially in 95 % shade treatment. The fresh weights of leaves, stems, and roots showed some differences in lead contaminated condition under different shade treatment and soil type. The uptake and translocation factors of Pb followed the order of roots>leaves>stems. Under the shading intensity and soil types condition, the proline, organic acids, PCs. GSH and MT content in the leaves, stems and roots showed an increase trend and then decreased with the extension of culture time in lead contami-nated condition. These changes were related to soil types, shading treatments, culture times and organs in lead-contaminated condition, and these findings will help to understand the physiological adaptation and tolerance mechanisms of seedling growth ex-posed to heavy metal pollution under special micro-habitats.
