摘要:Abstract. The aim of this study was investiga-tion of selected metals(Ca. Cu.Fe. Mg,Mn, Ni and Zn) in two endemic plants from vascular flora (Born-muellera dieckii and Stachys scardica),grown in ser-pentine soll in the Sharri Mountains in Kosovo. The plants were separated in three parts: roots, stems and leaves, by using standard procedure of cleaning, dry-ing and digesting in the microwave digestion system. The soil samples and the plants samples were ana-lysed by Flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. The maximum concentrations(mg/kg)for metals(Ca, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni and Zn) in dry weight of sol sample were: 451.5 mg/kg,33.1 mg/kg,88520 mg/kg,10604 mg/kg,1918 mg/kg,2062 mg/kg, and 90.6 mg/kg. Results showed that Mg/Ca ratio for soil samples was 23.46,and in plants organs in Born-muellera diecki, were above 1.Endemic plant Born-muellera diecki have accumulated nickel in their leaves up to 2.43%,and there are strong corelations between nickel and calcium in soil and plant organs. The bioconcentration factors(BCF)of nickel were ranged from 1.99 to 11.8 and the translocation fac-tors(TF)were from 2.4 to 5.9 for Bornmuellera diecki, but in Stachys scardica, the values of BCF and TF for nickel were below 1.
