标题：Are resident handlings in eldercare wards associated with musculoskeletal pain and sickness absence among the workers? A prospective study based on onsite observations

摘要：This is the first multi-level study to use onsite observations of resident handlings in a latent profile analysis, interpret those in terms of ward ‘phenotypes’, and address the prospective association of phenotypes with musculoskeletal pain and sickness absence among eldercare workers. Our findings indicate that combined organizational factors, e.g. frequent handlings and use of devices, are important determinants of musculoskeletal health.
