摘要:This paper, through the theory of multi-objectiveparameter optimization, the finite-element analysis and centralcomposite test of the blanking process of the locating plate of thebreaker are carried out. The optimal blanking processparameters of the positioning plate of the circuit breaker aredetermined, and the influence laws of the independent variableblanking gap, the punch edge radius and the blanking speed onthe maximum blanking force and the length of the bright beltare obtained. The experimental results show that theproduction efficiency of the positioning plate of the circuitbreaker is increased by 25%, and the actual machining error isonly 4%, which provides a certain guiding significance foroptimizing the blanking process parameters.
