摘要：The purpose was to analyze the learning processes in virtual education in students of a university in Huacho, 2020, where two categories have been considered: virtual education and skills in the context of this health emergency. From the qualitative approach, the population made up of university students was studied and the effectiveness of virtual education was obtained as a result, considered as a means of interaction between students and teachers despite the limitations: internet access, saturation of the university platform and greater teacher training in the use of technological tools. The category of competencies shows the ignorance of students about generic competences and specific competences, for which it is necessary to reinforce virtual education in the accompaniment and training of teachers and students.
