摘要：これまで日本語エッセイでは，用いられているメタファー以外のレトリックや，文体的な特徴などの計量的分析はほとんど試みられていない.そこで本研究では，エッセイに平均的に用いられるレトリック等を明らかにするために筆者の異なる2 作品を対象とし，使用されているレトリックのデータ化を行った.また得られたデータに基づき，χ二乗検定，因子分析などを用いてエッセイで使用されているレトリックの特徴を計量的に抽出した.
其他摘要：There have been few attempts to quantitatively analyze the rhetoric and stylistic characteristics of Japanese essays other than the metaphors used. In this study, we collected data on the rhetoric used in two essays written by different authors in order to clarify the rhetoric used in essays on average. Based on the data obtained, the characteristics of the rhetoric used in the essays were quantitatively extracted using the χ-square test and factor analysis.
