摘要：José Luis Andrés Sarasa has published a book entitled ‘Santa Eulalia del Campo en los retos del siglo XXI’ which highlights the need to mobilise local synergies with outside support to achieve territorial, social, and cultural development. The work has been edited by the city council of Santa Eulalia del Campo (near Teruel), in the Spanish agrarian region of Jiloca.
