摘要：This paper finds a new intonational contour used in Leonese Spanish y/n questions as a result of a fusion of the traditional pattern (¡H* L%) and the standard and widespread pattern L* H%. The usage of the new pattern alternates with the traditional one, being the new one preferred in more prepared and formal contexts.
