摘要：Apresenta um panorama dos resultados alcançados com a implantação do Programa Nacional de Tecnologia Educacional (ProInfo) em escolas públicas. Trata-se de recorte de pesquisa mais ampla, desenvolvida durante dois anos, que observou 19 escolas municipais, urbanas e rurais, de uma cidade de Minas Gerais. Apresentam-se resultados da fase de pesquisa bibliográfica cujo foco foram dissertações e teses realizadas nos cinco primeiros anos de vigência do decreto que instituiu o ProInfo (2007-2011) em seu formato atual. Sobre o programa, foram encontrados nove trabalhos no Banco de Teses e Dissertações e na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações. A consolidação dos resultados dessas investigações é relevante, pois oferece uma visão geral de como as políticas públicas que incentivam o uso pedagógico das tecnologias estão sendo implementadas e do que realmente acontece nas escolas, em contraponto ao que preconiza o ProInfo. Verificaram-se poucas evidências de uso efetivo de tecnologias no ambiente escolar, principalmente em aplicações pedagógicas no ensino e na aprendizagem, o que é preocupante, dado o volume de recursos públicos já destinados. Os resultados também apontam para a premência de maior investimento na formação continuada de professores, fato que está em dissonância com as atuais ações, concentradas na aquisição de equipamentos e infraestrutura.
其他摘要：This paper presents an overview of the results obtained with the implementation of the National Program of Educational Technology (ProInfo) in public schools. It is part of a broader research, conducted over two years in 19 urban and rural municipal schools in a city of Minas Gerais State, in Brazil. This study presents results obtained during the bibliographic review, which focused on theses and dissertations that were produced in the first five years (2007-2011) of the publication of the Decree number 6.300 of 2007 that instituted the ProInfo in its current form. The nine studies analyzed were obtained at the Bank of Theses and Dissertations and at the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations. The consolidation of the results of such studies is relevant because it provides a general overview of how public policies that promote the pedagogical use of technologies have been implemented; besides, it can offer a more accurate description of what actually happens within schools, in contrast to what ProInfo recommends. There was little evidence of effective use of technology in schools, especially in pedagogical applications for teaching and learning, which is a concern, given the amount of public resources that has already been allocated. The results also point to an urgent need of greater investment in the continuing education of teachers, a fact that is dissonant with the current government's actions, focused on the acquisition of equipment and infrastructure.
