  • 摘要:The study described the work performance, degree of professionalism and work commitment of teacher education faculty members of Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology as indicators of work satisfaction. Teacher’s performance was based from the ratings of IPCR, while professionalism in work was expressed utilizing the reports of the Human Resource Management on Tardiness and Under time. Commitment as an indicator was based from the length of service incurred by the faculty including the service awards received while in service. Descriptive normative survey was employed engaging 42 full time faculty members of the College. Gathered data were analyzed using frequency count and weighted mean while degree of relationship was determined by employing correlation analysis. Results showed that respondents were generally very satisfied with their work and that this satisfaction level was found not significantly related with work performance, degree of professionalism and commitment of the teachers towards work.
