摘要：This study aims to analyze the factors that influence dairy farmers' entrepreneurial behavior and the influence of farmers' entrepreneurial behavior on the performance of dairy businesses in Boyolali Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The number of samples in the study is 150 farmers in two-stage clustered random sampling. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that there is a positive influence of technical factors, individual factors and environmental factors on entrepreneurial behavior. Technical factors, environmental factors and entrepreneurial behavior of farmers also have a positive effect on the performance of dairy businesses.
