  • 摘要:The Libraries Connected ‘Library Service Recovery Toolkit’ is the output of consultation between this Library organisation (formerly the Society of Chief Librarians, SCL) and UK government agencies such as Public Health England (PHE) and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). The recovery toolkit is cited in the UK Government document for management of safety in Libraries during the Covid-19 crisis - ‘Libraries as a statutory service’ and in context to Higher Education Libraries in ‘Higher education: operational guidance’. The recovery toolkit sets out the context for control measures in responding to the Covid-19 pandemic, including requirements for closure of Libraries to the public in the UK’s Tier 4.
