摘要：Over the course of 2019-20, it became apparent that ISC would require updated infrastructure to ensure proper digitisation, indexing and integration with contemporary publishing platforms and standards (such as OAI-PMH metadata). ISC previously lacked integration with metadata standards or indexing with major database systems, resulting in less exposure of papers or outputs online, or searchability within major bibliographic platforms and scholarly databases.
