摘要：This article is devoted to the constitutional analysis of the most important principle of organization and activity of executive authorities in the Russian Federation - responsibility. The authors have developed and justified a set of recommendations to strengthen and strengthen the principle of responsibility in the activities of executive bodies and the responsibility of their officials, since in order to reflect in the activities of the executive branch the actual will of the majority of citizens of the country, constant monitoring of society as a whole and each citizen individually for his functioning.
