摘要：Energy production is the most important system-forming infrastructure in the Russian Far East. The Asia-Pacific Region retains the position of the most attractive region in terms of investment into new projects, but the investment prospects of the region in terms of development of the fuel and energy sector on the global investment market consists of ten factors. 27 state programs specifically target the Far East, meanwhile small and medium businesses will also be given means for development.
