摘要:To explore the effects of soil amendment and plant-growth-accelerator application on the growth of Sudan grass and the change of copper morphology in copper contaminated soil,gibberellin (GA3) and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) were selected as plant and soil accelerators.Lemon (L) and pomelo (P) fruit residue were used as soil amend-ment.The soil amendment was added to purple soil (PS) with a mass ratio of 1% to form three pot mixed soil samples,PS,PSL (99%PS+1%L),PSP (99%PS+ 1%P).And sprayed GA3 at a concentration of 50 mg-L-1 on Sudan grass,and irrigated the soil with EDTA at a concentration of 1 mmol kg"1.The germination rate,plant height and biomass of Sudan grass in mixed soil samples contaminated with 0 (CK),200,400,600,800,1000,1200 mg-kg-1 and 1400 mg kg-1 Cu2+ were compared by pot soil culture experiment,and the morphological change characteristics of copper in each pot soil sample were analyzed.The results showed that: (1) The germination rate of Sudan grass in each treatment was about 65%.Spraying GA3 and irrigating EDTA could effectively promote the growth of Sudan grass,but it was not conducive to the increase of fresh and dry weight.Applying EDTA to low-concentration Cu2+ contaminated soil promoted the growth of Sudan grass,while applying EDTA to high-concentration Cu2+ contaminated soil would cause toxic effects on Sudan grass.(2) The whole plant height decreased and the fresh and dry weight decreased after the addition of the soil amendment,which was not conducive to reduce the Cu2+ content in the soil.Among them,the effect of adding lemon pomace was better.Adding pomelo pomace could promote the adsorption capacity of Sudan grass for copper,and adding plant-growth-accelerator and materials to treat soil samples could enhance the soil's adsorption and precipitation capacity for copper.(3) Copper content of the different forms in soil samples increased with the increase of Cu2+ treatment concentration.There was a positive correlation between the growth index of Sudan grass and the copper content of four forms,among which the content of four copper forms were strongly correlated with the fresh weight and dry weight of Sudan grass.
