标题:OCCURRENCE CHARACTERISTICSOF BPA AND STEROID ESTROGENS IN WATER AND SEDIMENT AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH WATER QUALITYOF ERHAI LAKE,A TYPICAL PLATEAU LAKE IN CHINA
摘要:In this research, water and sediment of ErhaiLake were studied to reveal occurrence characteris-tics and evaluate ecological risk of BPA and steroidestrogens. The detected concentrations of BPA,E2,E1,E23,EE2andE3inlake water were 4.02~10.51ng/L,0.73-24.53ngL2.40-6.52ng/L,9.17~20.65ng/L,7.83~26.63ng/Land 0.85~57.44ng/L during the dry season, respectively, while the EEQs ranged 25.94~74.84ng/L.Comparedwith dry season, under the influence of initial rain, the EEQs increased by 57%.PNEC-based ecologicalrisk assessment results showed that except BPA wasat moderate risk, steroid EDCs were almost at highrisk whether in dry or rainy season.EDCs content insediments rangeswere3.66~59.33ug/kg, nd~17.65ug/kg.22.21~ 181.40" Kgs.for BPA.kg,nd~26.33ug/kg and nd~12.28ug/kg for BPA, E2α,E1,E23,EE2 and E3,respectively.The highestconcentration section was located near the outlet ofthe Erhai Lake as the result of the deep lake waterand the long process of EDCs deposition.By com-paring the distribution characteristics of EDCs withCOD,nitrogen and phosphorus,we found that E2α.,E23,E3 and EE2 were closely related to soluble totalnitrogen, probably mainly from agricultural non-point source pollution during dry season. However,in rainy season,EDCs in Erhai Lake were more af-fected by runoff.
