摘要："Internet +" is a disruptive technological innovation that brings unlimited possibilities for business model innovation. However, the lack of the patent protection system of the business model has hindered the innovation and development of the business model to a certain extent. From the perspective of the Internet + business model, this article briefly describes the current status and shortcomings of the protection of business model patents in China, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on establishing an Internet + business model to form a business model patent protection system.
