摘要：This research paper reviews the topic of corruption, in a comparative approach of the public and private sector in Romania, considering the wider background of the European Union. Based on the findings of a survey performed by the authors, we advance strategies and recommendations for both the public and business management, in order to align their views with the premises of ethical administration.
