摘要：At the end of November 2020, a reform of the European Stability Mechanism was adopted that should not be underestimated. The article focuses on the introduction of a common fiscal backstop for the European Single Resolution Fund from 2022, as well as other relevant changes. Additionally, the article provides a political evaluation.
