摘要：Hamburg has issued drive-through bans for certain diesel vehicles on sections of heavily trafficked roads with the aim of reducing pollutant emissions. It is difficult to prove the success of this initiative. Relatively small changes in the observed time periods, control groups and control variables can lead to significantly different results. This study is an example of the difficulty of ex post evaluations of policy measures.
