摘要：The suitable application of Information Communication Technology in the resource centers brings a massive change in the functioning of resource centers. The library transformed from traditional to the modern stage, at that point automated library, became digital, and cell phones operated. These days’ mobile phones have turned into the fundamental piece of human life for correspondence and it likewise serves to students e-learning. In this paper, we have talked about Mobile innovation and concentrated on its application and difficulties in library administrations. With help of cell phones, libraries can create new administrations and give speedier access to its accumulation. The ramifications of portable library administrations have made open doors and difficulties for academic libraries.
