摘要：Along w ith the urbanized development, there are many difficulties in community governance, especially the interests o f residents are significantly affected. Based on the ecological systems theory, the equity and sustainable development o f community residents' interests was investigated in this study. The combination methods o f street interview and questionnaire survey was adopted. The key factors that affect users' attitudes and behaviors towards community resources were summarized from individual and group levels. The role and responsibility o f community residents were clarified, and the relationship between the social ecosystem and community residents' interests was established. The main elements o f social ecosystem was analyzed, and the functional structure o f ecosystem was adjusted according to the characteristics o f community. The results showed that to maintain the healthy development o f community and alleviate the contradiction between residents and environments, the multiple cooperation mechanisms must be adopted to manage the community operation. In the management process, the main body o f community governance should be divided into the organization and the specifics for each resident. W ith the help o f the government's macro-control, the work o f the community residents should be planned reasonably according to the power and responsibility distribution system. Therefore, the interests o f the residents can be fairly distributed, and the sustainable development o f the community could be achieved.
