摘要:In order to improve the stability of environmentally friendly insoluble sulfur, this paper carried out screening and performance evaluation of insoluble sulfur stabilizers, investigated the influence of curing temperature and curing time on the stability of insoluble sulfur, and determined the most suitable curing condition: curing temperature is 60CC and (he curing time is lOh. Tlie experimental results show that the stabilizing effect of DXD single agent is relatively the best among various stabilizers. With the increase of DXD, the stability rate of insoluble sulfur increases first and then tends to be flat. The stability rate can be up to 82%. At the same time, the change trend of the stability rate of insoluble sulfur after the addition of turpentine, lead naphthcnatc. DXD and compounding agents during the curing process were discussed. Experiments show that, compared with no additives, the stability rate is improved with additives. On the contrary, the insoluble sulfur content is reduced to varying degrees. The additive method has a certain degree of influence on the stabilizing effect of the stabilizer. The spatial structure of the insoluble sulfur molecules before and after curing causes a change in the stability rate of the stabilizer.
