摘要:Fracturing technology is one of the main methods for the development of low-perm eability and low-pressure o il and gas reservoirs. Thickener is the key treatment agent in the fracturing fluid to improve the fracturing effect. The guar film is reacted w ith chloroacetic acid and propylene oxide under the action of sodium hydroxide toform carboxym ethylhy- droxypropyl guar. B y detailed and precise observation and analysis of the performance of the m odified product affected by factors such as the amount of propylene oxide, the m aterial ratio, and the reaction temperature, the most suitable synthetic process conditions were determined. The volume ratio of the guar film , sodium hydroxide, ring oxypropane, and chloroacetic acid is 1: 0.2: 0.15: 0.2. The components were alkalized at 25°C for 40min, and etheri- fied at 85°C for 3h. The insoluble content of carbox- ym ethylhydroxypropyl guar gum reduced to about 3 %. The viscosity of the product is 110mPa s, which is higher than industry indicators.
