  • 摘要:In view of the high concentration of organic matter in lignite wastewater and its d ifficu lty in biodegradation, the degradation efficiency of the anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) combined w ith biological contact oxidation was studied by using trehalose as co-metabolism substrate. A dditionally, the typical changes of pH and oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) in ABR reactor w ith different volume load were discussed. The experiment was carried out in five stages according to the proportion of lignite wastewater: 0%, 10%, 30%, 60% and 100%. The results showed that trehalose as a co-metabolic carbon source could provide sufficient carbon and energy for m icrobial proliferation. B y increasing the dosage proportion of lignite upgrading wastewater, the total removal rate of chemical oxygen demand (COD) by ABR reached 50%, 49%, 48%, 44% and 42% respectively, and the pH values of three compartments were 5.72, 5.93 and 6.04 respectively. Environmental factors such as pH and ORP showed regular changes under different volume loads. When all the influent water was lignite upgrading wastewater, the COD removal rate of the biological contact oxidation tank after the stable operation was about 72.47%. The experimental results showed that the ABR reactor and biological contact oxidation process based on co-metabolism have better treatment capacity for lignite upgrading wastewater.
