摘要:In order to reduce the energy consumption andimprove tunneling efficiency during tunneling process of shieldmachine, a comprehensive optimization control method for themain tunneling control system of shield machine is proposed.According to the theory of soil mechanics and fluid mechanics,the mechanism models of shield thrust, cutter torque and screwconveyor torque are established respectively. On this basis, thework model of propulsion system, cutterhead system and slagdischarge system in shield tunneling process is proposed. Basedon the principle of energy conservation, a comprehensiveenergy consumption evaluation model of shield tunnelingsystem is constructed. Finally, the energy consumption model issolved by fruit fly optimization algorithm (FOA), and theoptimal values of thrust, propulsion speed, cutterhead speed,screw conveyor speed and screw conveyor torque are obtained.The multi-systems of shield machine are realized optimizationsynchronous and coordinated. The experimental results showthat the proposed method has fast convergence speed and highcalculation efficiency, and it can effectively reduce the energyconsumption of shield machine. This method providestheoretical foundation for the tunneling control parameterssetting which can effectively optimize the tunneling process andimprove tunneling efficiency of shield machine.
