  • 摘要:During the drilling process, the requirements for environmental protection are becoming more and more strict. The disposal of waste drilling fluids is a key factor for the entire process of drilling. Therefore, how to make the waste drilling fluids better deal with environmental performance is particularly important. This article starts from the environmental protection performance of drilling fluid to make sure that the drilling fluid can be processed more efficiently after it enters the circulation. Through the modification of natural polymers, an environmentally friendly drilling fluid loss reducer HLJ-1 was prepared, and its rheological properties, filtration loss properties, temperature performance and environmental performance test were evaluated. Finally, the amount of HLJ-1 in the environmentally friendly drilling fluid was optimized. The test results show that HLJ-1 can effectively reduce the fluid loss of drilling fluid, with a temperature resistance of 150 °C, good biodegradability and no biological toxicity. Through laboratory experiments, an environmentally friendly drilling fluid system was developed. The field test results of 23 wells show that the environmentally friendly drilling fluid system has excellent environmental performance and can be efficiently processed to meet the design requirements.
