摘要:With the purpose of figure out the effects of fullerenes (C60). copper oxide (CuO) and cerium dioxide (Cc〇2) nanoparticlcs has been investigated on germination and seedling growth of baby bok choy, cucumber, green bean, com, and rice. The effects of different nanomaterials on seed gennina-tion and plant physiology were explored by measuring plant physiological and biochemical indexes such as seedling morphology, plant height, root growth, fresh weight, and enzyme activity. The results revealed that the seed coat can protect the plant from the effects of nanoparticlcs at the early stage of germination to a certain extent. The same nanoparticlc can have different impacts on the growth of the roots and shoots of the same plant. The growth of roots in green bean was inhibited by 46% and the growth of shoot was promoted by 19% under the action of CuO NPs. In the experiment, cucumber had a special sensitivity to Ce〇2 NPs. C6〇 has little effect on various parameters.
