摘要：Due to the variety of possible solutions for handling applications, formalization of a customer request is not an easy task. The paper addresses this problem proposing a Task Model description independent on particular automation components. The model makes it possible to describe complex handling processes, handling function parameters, as well as interdependencies between these parameters. The developed prototype enables building a Task Model through a graphical user interface and also helps to find correct handling functions via interactive selection of function characteristics.
